Delegated Agreement
The delegation agreement must be agreed between the health plan and the delegated body through a dated and binding document that can be a stand-alone contract or an endorsement of an existing agreement. This agreement must contain several elements to support the agreement, including: a delegation is null and void if it poses a threat to the economically reasonable expectations of the obligated.
