Will contribute significantly to the development of school management policy and/or specialized support services. Corporate governance is becoming an important feature at this level. This includes developing and coordinating strategies in a number of functional areas that affect the school`s overall administration and the achievement of its educational goals. Management will rely on this position to achieve the objectives of the school charter, as it will have an impact on the school`s financial, human and general resources. The ability, in agreement with the principal of the school, to develop, in consultation with the head of the school and other managers, procedures and guidelines for the operation of the school and to define working practices for support staff becomes at this level an essential feature. (iii) The position should provide specific and strategic advice and recommendations to the management team and the school board. The agreement was adopted with 87.5% yes in the choice of workers. 7.9 The right to enter into an agreement under this clause is in addition to a provision relating to an agreement between the employer and an individual worker, which is included in another term of this sentence, and should not affect it otherwise. C.5.2 All assessments conducted on this schedule must be recorded in a SWS wage assessment contract and retained by the employer as a time and salary record in accordance with the law. In general, this position will provide teachers with specialized advice and recommendations on student needs and will recommend support strategies that can be integrated into education programs through a school or school group. One characteristic that would distinguish this position from ES 4 is the expectation that the resident will give regular advice and recommendations on entire school programs and projects. Main Support A working group will be set up until the fourth half of 2017 to determine the assistance available to the contracting entities and how this assistance can be effectively communicated and made available to the contracting entities. In addition, the Working Group will identify all areas where assistance is not being provided effectively and make recommendations for reviewing these areas, including identifying potential budgetary impacts that should be considered in the Division`s budgetary procedures. The parties agree to complete their work within 12 months of their creation. An Education Assistance staff member who is required to provide intensive assistance, medical assistance or assistance in developing independent life skills for individual students or groups of students on the job in a special school receives an annual salary of no less than 0.96% of the normal rate per year, in proportion to part of a year in which he is appointed.
