The additional rates provided for at point M.15 – the work posted in this bonus are not cumulative to exceed a maximum of regular double pay. (iv) the director or his delegate communicates in writing at least three months prior to the transfer. The request contains the reason for the transfer and an indication of the duration. The three-month notification period can be waived with the full agreement of the transferred staff member. The additional payment for the Sunday and public holidays is granted for the actual period of Sunday or the public holiday. (a) Workers stationed in continuous shifts for work done on a rolling board class, most of which is done on a Sunday or public holiday, are paid double-time. b) Any payment of a given annual paid leave is subject to a separate agreement in accordance with point 18.11 above.
